Promise of Employment Letter (template - for employer use)

State of Connecticut - Dept. of Labor - Information for employment of Minors

To obtain working papers - DHS students should bring Promise of Employment letter to the Counseling Dept (Mrs. Lajoie & Mrs. Hyatt).    We can only issue working papers for jobs located in Connecticut.  If you are not a DHS student, please be sure to bring: proof of age (Driver's License, passport or birth certificate), documentation showing current address.  We will also need parent information and where attend high school.
