Athletic Online Registration

Dear Darien HS Parents-

Registration is now open for the 2026 spring season using the online platform Family ID!  Link to register can be found below.

 All registrations need to be completed by March 13th   to avoid a delay in your child beginning the winter season.

Spring  sports and their start dates open for registration include:

Baseball- March 21st

Girls Golf- March 21st

Boys Lacrosse- March 21st

Girls Lacrosse- March 21st

Boys Outdoor Track- March 21st

Girls Outdoor Track- March 21st

Boys Rugby- TBD

Girls Rugby- March 2nd

Sailing- March 4th

Softball- March 21st

Boys Tennis- March 21st

Girls Tennis- March 21st

Boys Volleyball- March 21st

Spring Unified Track- week of April 6th

Link to tryout information can be found on the DHS athletic web in the coming weeks. 

Students are still required to have a valid physical on file with the DHS nurses before they can participate in a sport here at DHS.  Physicals are valid for 13 months.  Click here for a physical form State_of_Connecticut_Health_Assessment_Record.pdf

The preferred method of delivery for physicals is to email directly DHS nurse Colleen Plank at cplank@darienps.org

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

A parent/guardian can register by clicking on this link: https://www.familyid.com/darien-high-school-athletics

Registering as a new user on FamilyID is simple.  Follow these steps: 

First, create and activate your FamilyID account.

  1. If you have not already done so, create a FamilyID account here.
  2. After you sign up for an account please check your inbox for an Activation Email from FamilyID. You'll need to click the link in that email to activate your account.
  3. Once you have activated your account, you will be ready to register for our program! 
  4.  Click the blue Submit button. After selecting Submit, the registration will be complete. You will receive a completion email from FamilyID confirming your registration

At any time, you may login at www.familyid.com to update your information and to check your registration(s).

To view a completed registration, select the Registrations tab in the blue menu bar at the top of your screen.
